Project name: Pengze Xingwang Vanadium solid-liquid separation project

1. Service: design, manufacturing, technical service including installation guide and one to one after sales service.

2. Brief introduction: The mine is mainly works on vanadium mining and smelting. The project is treatment on leaching slurry, main products and the by-products.

3. Equipment list:

According to the different characteristic of the materials

• 4 sets of BF-100 belt filter for leaching slurry which the washing liquid-solid ratio 1.2:1 and the final filter cake moisture rate ≦ 35%.
• One set of belt filter press (filtering area 21㎡) for by-product which the washing liquid-solid ratio 1:1 and the final filter cake moisture rate ≦12%.
• One set of belt filter press (filtering area 21㎡) for main product which the washing liquid-solid ratio 1:1 and the final filter cake moisture rate ≦ 35%.

Notes: All the filter cloth is cleaned by air and water combined way. The compressed air is provided by the compressed air station of the plant area.
